We will then give you all of the options personalized to you to chose from. You will checkout directly online and set up your initial consultation with your future coach!
No equipment is needed and no gym membership is required. If you have a gym membership, we will customize your plan around the equipment available to you. We recommend a few items for purchase for at home workouts, but nothing is required. Such as: yoga mat, resistance bands, swiss ball, and two sets of dumbbells. (For women: 5 and 10 lb dumbbells. For men, 20-30 lb dumbbells)
Many of our clients report different results at different stages within their plan. The most common results in the first week include increased energy levels, decreased hunger and cravings throughout the day, and improved sleep. Within the first week, many clients feel lighter and lose 3-5 lbs of water weight, and by the end of 4 weeks clients are seeing 4-8 lbs of body fat loss and are fitting into clothes they never imagined they would wear again. Your online coach will continue to work with you and improve your program as your progress for as long as you want. When you want to cancel your membership, fill out our 30 day cancellation notice form. Your monthly payment will then be canceled for the following months.
