Meet Your Body Breakthrough Coach 

Chrissy Reilly 

Health and fitness have always been passions of mine as I was a dancer and athlete growing up. But, my passion really prospered after I began preparing for my first National Physique Committee (NPC) bikini competition. After learning so much about myself, my body, and the importance of proper nutrition and exercise, I decided to take my training to the next level. I received my personal training certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine, and during this time I finished my degree at UCSD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology.

Another factor influencing my passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle is my medical history of celiac disease, which is an autoimmune disorder in which the body’s inflammatory response attacks the small intestine after ingesting gluten. By living a healthy and fit lifestyle, focused on nutritious wholesome food and staying active, I have been able to control my disease while feeling and looking great!


We have the common goal to help others achieve their dream body through sustainable lifestyle changes. We can’t wait to help you achieve your Body Breakthrough and develop the confidence you’ve always wanted and deserve!

After I began training women of all ages and backgrounds, I found the results my clients and I achieved rewarding and motivating. It is because of these reasons I decided to create Body Breakthrough, to help everyone from all over the world and at any phase in the process achieve their goals.
