Overnight Oats Recipe
1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup to 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp chia seed
Honey or Agave (vegan) to sweeten or Stevia to taste (for zero added calories)
Layer with the freshest berries in season i.e. Blueberries and Pomegranates (1/4 cup of each)
